Katie Noonan - The Sweetest Taboo

Katie's amazing new Jazz album featuring Zac Hurren, Sam Keevers, Phil Stack and Evan Mannell. Album out now through ABC Records

Listen to the album here: https://ABCMusic.lnk.to/SweetestTabooAC

Katie explains: 'I am absolutely thrilled to share my new project ’The Sweetest Taboo’ with you. This is my 20th studio album and a reflection on my 20 year career and a return to where it all started - 80’s pop! This is a selection of the awesome tunes that blew my mind as a young girl rocking double denim with my turntable and hairbrush microphone in suburban Brisbane. From Icehouse and U2, through to my early vocal queens Whitney and Annie Lennox, I had an awesome time reimagining these classic songs with 4 truly extraordinary Jazz musician mates - my husband, Zac Hurren on saxophones, Sam Keevers on piano, Phil Stack on double bass and Evan Mannell on drums.
